De Montil
Een zeer positieve ervaring over de hele lijn
Bij de planning van ons event werden we zeer goed ondersteund door Kim Eeckhoudt. Dit zorgde voor een stressvrije ervaring. Ook tijdens het event zelf werden we in al onze noden voorzien en het voelde goed om technische ondersteuning beschikbaar te hebben indien nodig. Ook de locatie voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en het was leuk dat Kim meedacht met ons om de grootte en opstelling van de zaal aan te passen aan onze groepen. De mooie signalisatie en smaakvolle catering volmaakten het plaatje en zorgden voor positieve reacties bij de deelnemers van de workshop.

Wij organiseerden de Sweet 18 van onze dochter in Zaal Torengalm. Het is een verzorgde locatie waar flink werd en wordt geïnvesteerd in modernisering en een eigentijdse look. De communicatie met de uitbater verliep zowel vooraf als achteraf heel vlot en correct. Wij komen hier zeker nog terug ;-)

Wij hadden een heel geslaagde dag met verschillende meetings en workshops. Alles verliep heel vlot, ook de verschillende pauzes, lunch enz... De vlotte organisatie, het meedenken en het snelle bijspringen bij kleine vragen hebben ervoor gezorgd dat alles perfect verliep.
Het lekkere eten en de heerlijke dessertjes maakten de dag helemaal compleet.

Is het een all-inovereenkomst of komen er nog aparte kosten bij? Zo kom je na je huwelijk al niet direct voor een koude douche te staan.
