Vorig jaar organiseerden we het Galabal van de Belgische Luchtmacht in studio 16 van AED studios. De F-104 op sokkel aan de ingang paste perfect in het thema. Zowel de VIPs als de andere aanwezigen waren vol lof over dit evenement. De prestigieuze locatie paste ideaal bij de gala-uniformen, spencers, feestjurken en bij de grandeur van dit galabal. Een beurshal huren
Je gaat een beurs organiseren en je bent op zoek naar een gepaste beurslocatie? Een beurshal huren en een beurs organiseren vergt best wel wat voorbereiding. Allereerst, wat is het doel van je event? Je weet het: ‘no goals, no glory’! Wil je een bepaalde boodschap overbrengen? Wil je dat je bezoekers gaan netwerken? Zijn er andere doelstellingen die je wil bereiken? Zorg dat je ook helder hebt voor wie jij je beurs wil organiseren. Wat is je doelgroep? Een ander belangrijk onderdeel bij het organiseren van een beurs en het huren van een beurslocatie is je budget. Hoeveel kun je besteden? Komt dat overeen met de ingeschatte kosten? De sfeer die de locatie uitademt is van groot belang voor het imago dat je uitstraalt. Ga voordat je je beurshal kiest daarom meerdere locaties een bezoekje brengen en zie de mogelijkheden volop in actie.
Tijdens een plaatsbezoek aan een beurslocatie hou je je ogen en oren goed open en neem je best je checklist mee waar je beurshal aan moet voldoen zodat je alles vlotjes kunt laten functioneren. Hoeveel ruimtes of zalen zijn er beschikbaar en voldoet de capaciteit? Welk is de technische infrastructuur die aanwezig is (elektriciteit, wifi, internet, audiovisuele installaties, microfoons, verlichting, verwarming, airco enzovoort). Kun je catering verzorgen in de beurshal? Is de beurslocatie makkelijk bereikbaar? Zijn er genoeg parkeerplekken en fietsenrekken en kom je er gemakkelijk met het openbaar vervoer?
Bevraag het management van de beurslocatie uitgebreid: zij kennen de locatie van binnen en van buiten en komen vaak met creatieve ideeën!
Organiseer je aansluitend op je beurs ook een congres? Misschien is een congreslocatie of evenementenlocatie ook een alternatief.
Beurshallen groot of klein
Geen beurs is dezelfde. Sommigen van deze events vinden plaats in kleine, gezellige evenementenruimtes, terwijl andere organisatoren op zoek zijn naar grote hallen waar duizenden bezoekers ontvangen kunnen worden. De ene organisator wil een zakelijke uitstraling, de andere een beurscomplex dat een industriële atmosfeer heeft. Gelukkig bestaat er een bijzonder groot aanbod in beurslocaties.
