Whether it is by competition or by a sailing-trip in fleet, you will be able to taste the magic of sailing by hoisting the sails, tack about the boat and pulling the spinnaker. Interactive Sailing includes far more than what you might have experienced during a relaxing sailing-trip. How about a 'Thrill of Your Lifetime'-incentive for your personnel? Successfully running a sail yacht demands teamwork! To achieve the goal, winning the race, crew and skipper act as a team. In a short time your team will succeed in managing the boat through all conditions simply by joining know-how and hands on: hoisting sails, trimming, coordinate manoeuvres, and ultimately win! You don't need to be a sailing expert: in no time our professional sailing instructors guide the crew with the ins and outs of the sail sport and will give you the confidence needed to manage the boat. Everyone can participate with this event. Its purpose is an active co-operation from beginning to end in order to steer the boat. Our professional skippers, present on board, are only allowed to give verbal advice, which means that the team members have to get actively involved.

It's not a passive walk in the park but rather an activity that leads to your team-mates steering and manoeuvring the boats themselves.

In this perspective, the activity answers the teambuilding objective by producing an opportunity of discovery and training. Fleet sailing teaches the teams on how to observe other boats and how to analyse the efficiency of their way of functioning. But it mostly imposes an active communication mode as well as the development of team methods for the onboard communication in order to deliver results.

The amount of possible analogies and transpositions is impressive:

- Respect of ones own limits and the ones of others: on a mental, emotional and physical point of view.

An initiation on exclusive sailing yachts to never forget! Our sailing yachts are minimum 40 feet and goes till 60 feet! All of them can take max 10 persons! Bigger 'competition' boats are possible on demand.

When the fleet gets back to the harbour, everyone will be surprised whit a glass of champagne!

This rigorous approach of security grants us the pride of not having to declare any accident in 6 years of activity and more than 7.000 participants.

Moreover, the predominant spirit is to let everybody, regardless of his physical strength, to take part to sea-sailing and to go beyond his own borders if the passion takes over.
